⏳ June performance numbers pending export. GBP, Google Analytics, and Search Console figures below are placeholders until this month's exports are pulled from your Google account (same dashboards used for the May report). The AI-visibility findings, June deliverables, and July plan below are real and complete — only the raw traffic/GBP numbers need to be dropped in.

Where Eagle Stands With AI Answer Engines
⚠️
No Structured Data (Schema Markup)
Checked eaglelandscape.co directly — zero JSON-LD schema markup found anywhere on the homepage. No LocalBusiness, no Landscaper, no service schema. This is a hard requirement for AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) to reliably understand who Eagle is, what it does, and where it serves. Compare to Craddock Electrical, a client already confirmed being cited by ChatGPT — schema markup was foundational to that win.
⚠️
No llms.txt File
eaglelandscape.co/llms.txt does not exist (redirects to homepage). This file gives AI crawlers a clean, structured reference document about the business — services, service area, contact info — in the format they're increasingly trained to look for. Eagle currently has no equivalent.
AI Crawlers Are Not Blocked
Squarespace's default robots.txt lists GPTBot, ClaudeBot, anthropic-ai, Google-Extended, and others, but only restricts admin/API paths — not actual site content. AI crawlers can already read Eagle's pages; they just don't have the structured data to understand them well.
🎯
The Fix Is Straightforward
Eagle isn't starting from a blocked position — it's starting from an unoptimized one. Adding LocalBusiness schema and an llms.txt file are both one-time technical additions that directly address the two gaps found. See July plan below.

June GBP Cadence: 4 Posts Published
4 GBP posts went live in June (summer lawn maintenance, mulching, weed control, hardscaping/retaining walls) — 1 per week. May's recommendation was to move to 2x/week since GBP posts expire after 7 days; June ran at half that cadence. July's calendar (below) should return to weekly minimum, ideally 2x.
📅
May's Momentum Carries Forward
May closed with +175% YoY interaction growth. June's actual number is pending export, but the posting cadence and profile activity from June should keep that trend moving — worth confirming once the data's in.

Where Traffic Is Coming From
Pending export — channel breakdown (Direct / Organic Search / Social / Referral) will be added here once June's GA export is pulled. May's split was Direct 52%, Organic Search 42%, Social 4%, Referral 1%.
Top Landing Pages
Pending export — landing page table (sessions, users, engagement time, form clicks, key event rate) will be added once June's GA export is pulled. May's standout was /about at a 50% conversion rate and 10m 58s average engagement — worth checking if that held in June, especially since the CTA-strengthening recommendation from May's report was flagged as medium priority.
